I’m confused about the payment process, so you’re telling me in order for me to buy something I am pretty much forfeiting my payroll check over to you all then You take your $18-$20 or whatever the payment be, out and THEN you deposit my remaining payroll into my checking account thru my company the same day I get paid on? Do you guarantee me that if I originally get paid on a Wednesday that I will continue receiving my check every Wednesday with no issues?

I hate this company I’ve signed up but used my old address by mistake so then “Kenneth from perpay” message me saying oh I can’t be approved because the old address is delinquent MIND YOU I never used the service somebody who currently lives there has a delinquent account so then I’ve recieved over 10 emails saying “Thank you for letting us know. As a follow up, may you please let us know why your account billing address and most recent order have the address below” that’s all they keep saying then they said” May you please provide to us your current address? Thank you.” I provided it and they did the same exact thing As a follow up, may you please let us know why your account billing address and most recent order have the address below I’ve been back and forth with this company for over a month

I ordered a ps5 but I canceled my order befor it shipped out because it took my out my payroll and I never received the item . And it’s still taking money out my payroll . I have emailed these ppl multiple times still there is no response

I’ve been using Perpay for about 5 years now. This place is awesome. Yeah you have to pay more for the products, but that’s the price you pay to be able to make payments on it. I love this website I have purchased SEVERAL items from here over the years. And when I lost my job and I couldn’t make the payments, they were super understanding and worked with me so my payments wouldn’t fall behind. And when there are issues with Fed-Ex(me and fed ex don’t like each other but that has nothing to do with perpay) they have ALWAYS made sure I got my products; they’ve gone as far as sending me replacement products.

First I'll say they give you a spending limit mine was 1000 I was going to place an order bit then changed my mind well guest what they lower my spending limit to 850 just because they wanted to force me to make the purchase stay away.

I love shopping on the site. All the products are genuine and the payments are very reasonable. Costumer service is top notch with quick follow up by email. I will always be with Perpay!

This feels like a very big scam to me, they told me I was approved for their credit card, had me set up a direct deposit for $200 then charged me a $9 fee to open the card without 1st disclosing the fee. I was under the impression that once I got the credit card I could use it to purchase things! Wrong! When I went to buy an item it says set up direct deposit for $130 then we release the item for shipping. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY $200?! You can never get anyone to answer any questions and nothing is clear or transparent! They are a scam! I will cancel my account and they need REFUND ME!

I ordered a product with theses people they have taken money already and i still dont have what i ordered according to fedex they have lost my package and i have been trying to get a resolution for almost two weeks now with this company and because you are at the mercy of waiting for someone to respond via email or the pointless chat they have since go figure they have no customer service phone number to call and speak to someone , i am still trying to either one get what i ordered or my money back and i will be removing them from my payroll who is going to pay for something they dont have and the company is not making an effort to fix the issue i would not recommend this company to anyone had i known they did not have a customer service phone number i would never have used them in the first place i have since filed a BBB complaint as well against these people

Best customer service around. No matter if they respond when you want them to, they are always working in the background to make sure that everything is taken care of. Extraordinary work and they go above and beyond. Fast shipping as well.

There was an issue with one of my payments with my payroll, because you have to use payroll not a bank account, and because i missed ONE payment, they revoked my WHOLE payment history stating "It was over 30 days past due" When it hadnt even been 14. So they reported it to the credit company early even though i paid them the same day. Customer service is always a week late or never at all as well. Dont trust this company

I have been making payments since the first week of November for $1,112.27 for $52 a week. I supposed to have been made 20 payments and it's April and they are still taking out my my check. When I went back to look it, it shows 2 different payments amounts been taking out for that one item. Scamming

I love my product, the cameras for outside of my home.i haven't put them up yet.waiting on my last payment to go through and than I will pay someone to install them.this was my Christmas gift to me.

Great option as a single mom it's easier to budget a little at a time then all up front. My only bad thing is I wish when last payment is owed you could just take balance owed instead of set amount. For example if my payments are 25 but my last payment is 15, I wish you could just take whats owed. But happy with service

I was in a rough spot for Christmas and per pay was there when I needed it. I was able to get my son something he really wanted and best part was making payments and not having to pay for it all right away because I couldn't afford to.
